1. Procurement Service
We are offering procurement service to Japanese companies, universities and
research institutions. We are seeking excellent software products from all over
the world and distributing the information to our customers. If we receive any
request for your products, we will contact to your company.
2. Reseller ProgramIf your company wants to develop the Japanese market
at low cost, you can contract our Reseller Program. This service allows your
company to develop the Japanese market without any priority investment.
We can translate your product's web pages and marketing
documents.
Note: We will do marketing promotion for your products
by our own cost, and pay the license fee for the wholesale price when we resell
your products to our customer. And we can provide the user support service for
your product's user, with or without charge. However, we do not pay any other
cost (i.e. key money ) to your company. You have to provide us the translation
right of your web pages and marketing documents without charge.

3. Localization Service
If your company wants to provide Japanese-language version of your software
products, you can localize your software products into Japanese at low cost or
without any cost. If we recognize that your products are acceptable in the
Japanese market well, we will propose to localize your products by our cost. We
can translate the Manual, Online Help, Menu and Dialogs. And resell the products
exclusively in Japan. Further, we can offer user support service more deeply
than above mentioned Reseller Program.
Note: You have the option
of paying the translation fee or not; in the former case, the wholesale price
shall be same as that of the original Reseller Program: in the latter case, it
shall be lower than original one. And we can provide the user support service
for your product's user, with or without charge. However, we do not pay any
other cost (i.e. key money ) to your company. You have to provide us the
translation right of your products without charge.

4. User Training and Publishing
After Localization project, and by receiving your company's training course
(if it is required), we will master your software products, and will be able to
offer user training on behalf of your company.
Note: In order to
be trained by your company's professional, we will go to your country by our own
cost, however, we ask your company to incur the cost of staying and
training.
In addition, we can also translate (or write originally) the
books related to your products, and publish them in Japan.
5. Overseas Office
We are offering the service to establish a sales subsidiary for your company,
as well as a temporal management of your overseas office in
Japan.
Note: If your company wants to provide a professional
service with your company's style, your company has to send your consulting team
to Japan. We receive the compensation for our service for your company, but do
not pay any other cost (i.e. key money ) to your company.
